Khi truy cập Remote Desktop vào server thì bị thông báo lỗi sau

Giải thích

Có khá nhiều nguyên nhân dẫn đến lỗi trên nhưng có 2 nguyên nhân chính là có thể là do dịch vụ Terminal service trên VPS đã bị disabled hay port remote desktop đã bị thay đổi từ 3389 thành một port nào khác

Cách kiểm tra và xử lý

Remote Desktop vào server HardWare Node và mở cửa số CMD

Gõ các lệnh sau để kiểm tra xem dịch vụ Terminal service có bị stop trong Container hay không

vzlist -a

Gõ tiếp lệnh sau để xem dịch vụ Terminal server có được Enable, nếu Enable thì thông số REG_DWORD = 0x0 như bên dưới

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\vz109\MACH
INE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server" /v fDenyTSConnections

Hoặc bạn có thể sử dụng PMC để xem dịch vụ Terminal có chạy trên VPS


Nếu dịch vụ Terminal Server đang chạy trên VPS thì bạn tiếp tục kiểm tra xem dịch vụ này đang Listen trên port nào

Trên server HardWare Node ---> Start ---> Run --gõ regedit

Vào đường dẫn sau: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\vs109\MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentCon trolSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp

Xem thông số Port Number bạn sẽ thấy Port Number của VPS là bao nhiêu


Sau khi đã kết nói xem xong bạn Remote Desk bằng Port trên

Enabled Remote Desktop trên windows bằng dòng lệnh


Lỗi không Remote Desktop vào được Windows
